Controller Sticks

Hello there
I installed the mod and wanted to set up my xbox 360 controller.
First the sticks wehre bindet direkly so i could scroll through the menu with controller.
How ever they are no longer binded and i cant play with controller anymore because I can´t bind the sticks anymore...
pls help (xpadder doesnt really work at all)
