Can't install THUG Pro.

When I open the .exe and hit install it asks me to show it where THUG2 is in my computer. I am running THUG2 off of a .iso on PCSX2. The game works fine. But when I select the folder that contains the .iso, it tells me that I selected the wrong folder. Please help.
