Unable to gather USB information on game startup

Postby Andria » Thu Jun 01, 2017 12:33 pm

I'm on Windows 7 using an Xbox One controller and every time I launch THUG Pro Launcher I get this error

Followed by this one

And if I hit continue it will take me to the main launcher but several features don't work as well as there's a button that just says button1 that if clicked brings you to the same error as above and the same thing if you go to Gamepad Binding. Keyboard bindings still work but I'd like to be able to play on controller.

The text that's in the details drop down are as follows
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Would love to be able to play with my controller if anyone can help.

Turn updates back on. Users do things and seem to think we won't know when they conveniently leave that part of the story out of their "error report".
