THUG2 Download?

Where and/or how do I download THUG2 properly? The last time I downloaded THUG2 the game just wouldn't work at all.

Is "opening the file" how I play? It says it needs a program. What program is recommended?

why did whoever commented removed his/her comment? How come no one is helping me? I need a functional THUG2 downloaded so I can testplay it to know if it works. I want do this before even starting on getting thugpro.
