[THPS2] [PC] Level Pack 2 Soundtracks for THPS1/3/4/MHPB

[Catarax]

This mod brings the OST of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 and Mat Hoffman's Pro Bmx when you play thoses levels instead of the usual THPS2 tracklist.

Required:
- Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 installed (USA version + smaller_exe)
- Level Pack 2 for THPS2 + MHPB levels
- v4prev minimum

Install guide:
- Copy the content to your Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 directory
- Enable "Use separate tracklist..." in the launcher

THPS2 original game was crashing with userpatch.ini enabled, download this to fix the crash and having the tracklist properly displayed.

Doesn't seem like it's working with the latest version of the patch since it uses that .csv file for music now.

EDIT: I got it to kinda work by adding this to the sql_music_list.csv file.

However, for some reason the number of songs with each level pack in-game raised to 69 and the extra tracks are just repeats of the last track for that game.
