THUG Pro Wont launch

I can get the mod installed but once i try to launch it, it just gives me an error that says it cant find the .exe even though i installed it to the game directory it doesn't show up there. then once i click browse no .exe files show up. then i get another error that says the shortcut moved and the deletes itself.
