How do you compile this file?

The compiler is right here:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/vmobzngnzzo/roq+CMD.zip
https://www.thmods.com/mod_tools/QB2.1.exe
Download both, extract the contents of the roq CMD folder from the .zip in the same directory as QB2.1.exe
After that, put the qb file in the same directory as the compiler and open roq cmd 3.exe
In that program, you can decompile a qb, edit the decompiled qb with a text editor like notepad or something, and then compile the .txt file back into a qb file.

Sadly, this is the only way I know on editing the song names.

It just says Runtime Error...It's weird,'cuz i opened it like 4 times and in the 5th,it stopped working completely.
I think it's a problem with the "RICHTX32.OCX" file.

Hey, great idea. This is something I've been looking for. Only problem is, I don't understand any hex editing as I've never used any hex editing software. Would it be possible to make a newbie's guide? Thanks!

To be honest, I think that the game will still run without any issues if you skip the hex editing step.
I could be wrong on that though...
If I am wrong on that then I guess I could make a guide or something.
